Bio - Alicia Maness, MS, OT/L, eYT

I am an executive coach with boundless curiosity about how interpersonal power supports growth, purpose, and organizational health. Outcomes of working with me are amplified power, influence, and impact, achieved by assessing and sharpening universal leadership competencies. I hold an MS from San Jose State University and a BA in English Literature from Barnard College, Columbia University (cum laude). I am a licensed occupational therapist (OT), experienced certified yoga teacher (eCYT), T-group 2.0 and team coaching facilitator. My backgrounds include clinical mental health and yoga teaching. Prior to graduate school, I worked in corporate settings for major retailers and at a boutique magazine for Francis Ford Coppola. Drawing upon a unique spectrum of skills, I offer bespoke engagements for executive power.
